Report the loss to station staff as soon as possible. Give the subway line, direction of travel, boarding time and train-car number if known. If the item is not recovered immediately, search or register it through the Korean National Police Agency's LOST112 integrated lost-property system. Bring your passport or other accepted identification when collecting a matched item.
