Daejeon O-World: Zoo, Flower Land and Amusement Park Planning

Published and reviewed September 18, 2026 · O-World official operator sources checked

The useful answer: O-World is a full-day, multi-zone outing in Daejeon's southwest, not a quick add-on to Expo Park. Pick your priority—animals, rides, gardens or a family mix—then check the operator's separate hours, restrictions and notices.

The operator groups O-World into Zoo Land, Flower Land, Joy Land and Bird Land, with safari and animal programs that can have their own schedules. This guide is about planning the day; it does not promise that every ride or animal presentation runs on your date.

Build the day around the operator's clock

O-World's official home page currently publishes separate operating information for the whole park, safari and Bird Land. Those times are not interchangeable. Start with the zone that matters most, then use the map and current notices to fill the rest of the day.

Getting there and returning

O-World is at 70 Sajungongwon-ro, Jung-gu, Daejeon. Save the Korean address before you leave and check the official directions page for current bus, taxi and parking information. If you are staying near Daejeon Station or Yuseong, allow a cross-city transfer rather than treating the park as adjacent to Expo Science Park.

Live-detail warning: admission prices, seasonal programs, ride availability and animal-area hours can change. Use the official operator notice on the day of your visit.
