Plan Starfield Goyang by floor and purpose

Starfield Goyang is the large shopping and leisure complex at 1955 Goyang-daero in Deogyang-gu. The mall, Traders Wholesale Club, restaurants, cinema, Aqua Field and activity venues can follow different operating and admission rules, so decide on the main purpose before traveling.

• Check the official store directory for the exact tenant and floor before departure. The main mall currently displays 10:00–22:00, but individual restaurants, the wholesale club, cinema and paid attractions may use separate schedules.
• For public transport, use the official directions page and compare the current route from your starting point. The complex is in Goyang near Seoul's northwestern edge, so a cross-city visit can take much longer than the word Seoul in an old itinerary suggests.
• Foreign visitors can ask the first-floor information desk about eligible tax-refund receipts. The official facility guide says the original purchase receipt, passport and an overseas-enabled credit card for the deposit are required; participation still depends on the tenant and purchase.
• Drivers should save the entrance and parking level, then use the receipt, directory kiosk or Starfield app to locate the car. Official parking guidance says parking is free and restricts entry to the 2F–RF parking levels after 21:00, directing late arrivals to the first-floor parking area.

Visitor caution: Do not treat the mall's displayed hours as a promise that every shop, restaurant or ticketed attraction is open. Recheck the exact tenant, reservation, age or height rules and last-admission time, especially for Aqua Field, sports activities and the cinema.
