Plan the Pangyo branch, not The Hyundai Seoul

Hyundai Department Store Pangyo is the Seongnam branch at 20 Pangyoyeok-ro 146beon-gil, near Pangyo Station. It is a different destination from The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, and its department-store floors, restaurants, CGV and children's museum use separate schedules and service rules.

• Match the address and Pangyo branch name before leaving. The official English branch page lists regular department-store hours of 10:30–20:00 Monday through Thursday, extended hours to 20:30 Friday through Sunday, and dining to 22:00, but current-day notices take priority.
• From Pangyo Station, the official directions page lists a roughly five-minute walk from Exit 3. Check the live route because the station, department store and surrounding Pangyo complexes have multiple entrances.
• Use the floor guide to group the visit: food is on B1, the bookstore and parking begin on B2, family facilities are on 5F, restaurants are on 9F, and customer service and the tax-refund desk are on 10F.
• Ask the 10F tax-refund desk whether the exact purchase and traveler qualify, and bring the required receipt and travel documents. A store being listed as tax-refund capable does not mean every tenant or item participates.

Visitor caution: Do not apply department-store hours to CGV, the Museum of Picture Books Art, restaurants, cultural programs or temporary events. Recheck the specific facility's last admission, ticket, closed day and reservation terms before making it the main reason for the trip.
