Holiday Inn & Suites Alpensia Pyeongchang is the condominium-style IHG property at 325 Solbong-ro inside the Alpensia complex. It is distinct from Holiday Inn Resort Alpensia and InterContinental Alpensia, even though the properties share the resort destination and similar names.

• Match the IHG property code, full hotel name and room type before paying. The Suites property lists apartment-style layouts including ondol and multi-bedroom options, while the nearby Holiday Inn Resort uses a different room inventory and reception path.
• Use the Welcome Center in Holiday Inn & Suites building 101 for check-in. Alpensia's current English guide lists 15:00 check-in, 11:00 check-out and 24-hour Welcome Center operation; the booking confirmation and current notice take priority.
• Plan the final transfer before choosing a rail itinerary. IHG lists Jinbu KTX Station as the public-transport reference but says the hotel does not provide local or airport shuttle service, so confirm a taxi or other current ground option for both arrival and departure.
