Terms of Service
These terms apply when you browse Koursea, create an account, or submit content. By using an account or submission feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may continue using public information without an account where available.
Purpose and information limits
Koursea provides independent planning information for global visitors to Korea. Information can change after review. Confirm prices, schedules, eligibility, reservations, operations and safety-critical details with the linked official source before acting. Koursea is not a travel agency, ticket seller, financial adviser, medical provider or emergency service.
Accounts
You must be at least 14 years old to use the account flow. Visitor accounts are currently limited to international visitors and foreign residents; public information remains available without an account. Eligibility information must be accurate. Keep access to your email secure and do not use another person's identity. Koursea may restrict an account or submission when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or maintain service integrity.
User submissions
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant Koursea a non-exclusive permission to store, display, format and distribute it as needed to operate the selected feature. You may not submit content that:
- infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- contains private, medical, payment or identification information without authority;
- is false, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or unlawful;
- is undisclosed advertising, spam, review manipulation or coordinated abuse;
- impersonates a person, business or Koursea representative.
Use the Report button on a Community question or answer to flag content in one of these categories. Reports are reviewed and may result in content removal or account restriction.
Reviews and listings
A listing, rating or visitor comment does not constitute a Koursea guarantee or endorsement. Experiences differ, platform ratings change, and network branches may differ in ownership, staff, services and operation. Businesses may provide evidence of factual corrections but cannot purchase a favorable conclusion or undisclosed ranking advantage.
Healthcare
Healthcare content is general visitor information, not diagnosis or treatment advice. Koursea does not guarantee a provider, procedure or outcome. Review the Healthcare Disclaimer before using healthcare information.
Copyright and external services
Koursea may link to or officially embed third-party services. Their content and availability remain governed by their own terms. Do not copy or redistribute Koursea content or branding beyond applicable law without permission. To report a rights issue, contact Koursea with the relevant URL and evidence.
Availability and liability
Koursea may update, suspend or discontinue a feature. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Koursea is not liable for a loss caused by relying on outdated third-party information, an external service, a user submission or a decision made without confirming an official source. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
