Seongsu Pop-up Store Reservations: Catch Table & Waitlists

Every pop-up sets its own rules; verify the brand’s official post and entry window before crossing Seoul.

Do not trust reposted links: start from the brand’s verified account or official event page. A reservation, merchandise preorder and on-site number are different products.

Identify the entry system

Seongsu pop-ups may use free timed tickets, paid experiences, Catch Table, Naver booking, QR same-day waitlists or first-come entry. Some release slots in batches and others open a queue only when staff arrives. Check Korean Standard Time, guest limit, age rule, last admission and whether every companion needs a booking.

Prepare the accepted account

  1. Open the official link before release time.
  2. Confirm whether email, overseas phone, Korean phone or social login works.
  3. Use your passport name if identity matching is stated.
  4. Save confirmation, QR and cancellation rules offline.
  5. Check immediate charges and overseas-card support.

Catch Table offers international-facing services, but individual events can impose separate verification. Never buy a transferred screenshot unless official rules explicitly allow transfer.

Handle a QR waitlist correctly

Scan only the code displayed by staff, choose the exact party size and keep notifications enabled. Record the number in case roaming fails. Ask whether you must remain nearby and how quickly you must return after being called. A number may not guarantee entry when stock or operating hours end.

Avoid time and money traps

  • Arrive within the stated window, not merely before closing.
  • Budget for lockers because large luggage may be refused.
  • Check purchase limits before lining up.
  • Do not block residents, driveways or neighboring shops.
  • Use the subway; Seongsu parking is limited and costly.

Before you go

Final practical check: save the official page, exact Korean address and nearest transit exit offline. Reconfirm opening hours, reservation cutoff and weather on the day, because a map listing or old price is not a guarantee. Compare the complete Korean-won total, including deposits, equipment, booking fees or optional services, before paying. Carry an overseas card plus a small Korean-won backup, keep the receipt, and ask about cancellation or exchange terms. Allow extra time for queues and accessibility, and choose a safe alternative when staff, signs or official notices conflict with an older travel post.
