Setting up the app before you need it

Using a locker

If lockers are full or the app isn't working

If T-Locker shows no availability, fall back to a staffed luggage storage counter or a traditional coin locker elsewhere in the same station -- most major stations have more than one storage option, even if they're not all part of the same app-based system.
