Doctor Columns

Only approved medical contributors can write and publish in their own boards. No separate article approval is required. Administrators manage all boards. A verified medical license does not by itself establish a specialist qualification.

Use “Ask about this article” when something needs clarification. Replies are not a diagnosis or a substitute for individual care. Do not share medical records or identifying details. No response time or doctor reply is guaranteed.

An eligible first top-level answer to a column-linked question earns 100 points per member per question. Self-answers and nested replies do not qualify. The daily limit is ten rewarded answers; removing and reposting an answer does not reset eligibility. Removed answers may have their award reclaimed from the available balance.

Points have no cash value. New awards expire after 12 months. Points reflect participation, not medical qualifications or the accuracy of advice.
